About Me: Hi! I’m Morgan Bennett. I graduated with my bachelor's in Counseling Psychology from Colorado Mesa University. I am currently a graduate student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Adams
State University. I believe counseling is a collaborative, creative process shaped by each person’s unique story. I draw from a range of approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Play Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), to meet you where you are and explore what feels most meaningful and helpful in the moment. My hope is to offer a welcoming space where your experiences are honored and heard..
