About Me: My ideal clients are LGBTQIA+ individuals, neurodiverse adults, and women healing from abuse or trauma. Many come to therapy feeling unseen, exhausted from masking, or tired of shrinking themselves to fit environments that weren't built with them in mind. They may be exploring identity, navigating a major life transition, processing trauma, or simply trying to feel like themselves again. I offer person-centered, trauma-informed therapy grounded in safety, curiosity, and respect. With specialized training in LGBT-Affirmative Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from Yale University, I provide affirming support for clients exploring identity and navigating the complexities of being themselves in a world that may not always understand them. I also bring a neurodiversity-affirming perspective to work with autistic and ADHD adults. Together, we work to build safety, reclaim agency, and understand the patterns that may have helped you survive but are no longer serving you. I don't believe therapy is about fixing who you are. It's about creating enough space to understand yourself, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward a life that feels genuinely yours. You don't have to have it all figured out to begin. You don't have to perform wellness here. You just have to show up as you are.
