We are HOME on the Western Slope
The clinicians contracted with Creative Directions have been serving the Grand Valley for years, providing community-based and in-home services as mental health therapists, social workers and clinical supervisors. Creative Directions hopes to continue these community connections and embracing our mental health partners as we continue this journey. We will continue to stand together to keep our community strong, healthy and heard.
Our mission: to regain the sense of joy, wonder and adventure by embracing the play through experiential mental health therapy.
Our vision: to help individuals reconnect with themselves in fun, creative ways that will transpire into a healthier, more connected community.
Our goal: to meet the needs of each individual in our community by the use of independent contractors with different specialties and creative flair.
