One word to describe my therapy approach: Relational
-
A feeling I want clients to take from therapy is: I want clients to feel welcomed and honored. I want them to
know their innate wholeness. -
About Me: My approach is fundamentally relational. I don’t see you as a problem to be managed or a machine to be
repaired. Healing happens in an attuned, co-regulated partnership where your nervous system feels safe enough to come out of old survival patterns and back into life. To help you move from surviving to living, we work somatically, relationally, and practically: Somatic Experiencing (SE) & Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART): Gently release trauma stored in the body and reprocess distress without requiring you to endlessly rehash painful memories. NARM & Mindfulness: Cultivate compassionate, present-moment awareness to untangle early developmental patterns and release limiting survival identities. Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT): Reconnect with your innate agency, internal strengths, and clear direction for the life you want to build. Therapy is an authentic human encounter, a relational space within which you can reconnect with your innate wholeness and reclaim your life.
