• About Me: I believe that being human means facing life’s ups and downs, big emotions, and constant change and that no one should have to navigate those experiences alone. Therapy, at its best, is a space of connection, curiosity, and support. My role as a therapist is to meet you exactly where you are, with unconditional positive regard, and support you in building the skills and confidence you need to move through life feeling more grounded and empowered.

 

I welcome all people from all walks of life. I view every person as the expert in their own life, and my job is to help nurture the creativity, strengths, and resilience already within you.

 

My approach is warm, flexible, and humanistic. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), DBT, Motivational Interviewing, psychoeducation, and polyvagal-informed and trauma- informed practices to support mind-body connection and nervous system regulation. I also incorporate humor, art, somatic grounding, and geek therapies in creative, collaborative ways that meet your needs.

 

I believe that healing happens in relationship: with others, with our environment, and with ourselves. I strive to create a therapeutic space where you feel safe, seen, and free to grow at your own pace.

 

Outside of therapy, I’m an artist, a sci-fi/fantasy fan, and a devoted cat parent to two large fluffy kitties. While I admire the classic Colorado outdoorsy lifestyle, my ideal day involves coffee, a cozy blanket, a new show to binge, and quality time on the couch with my family and kitties.
