  • About me: I hold a Masters Degree in Social Work from Colorado Mesa University, and my approach to therapy is rooted in warmth, empathy, and deep respect for each person’s unique journey. I believe that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I strive to create a space where my clients feel safe, seen, and empowered to move at their own pace, which can be particularly important for my kiddo clients. I view my clients as the experts of their own stories and I prioritize working at their pace in a collaborative way.

  • I’m especially passionate about working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, dissociation, and self-esteem challenges. I take a strengths-based approach that honors resilience and emphasizes connection to one’s self-worth. While I often draw from an EMDR framework, I also integrate tools from Polyvagal Theory, Ego States Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to create personalized, responsive sessions.

  • At Creative Directions, I have the opportunity to support clients across various ages and life stages. As a newer clinician, I embrace an eclectic and flexible style, allowing me to stay attuned to each client’s evolving goals while offering the structure and depth needed for meaningful growth. Above all, I care deeply about helping people feel more at home in their minds and bodies, and more connected to who they are. It is especially important for children to feel a sense of self-worth as growing humans, which is one of my biggest goals as a therapist.
