Group therapy offers a distinctive therapeutic approach, bringing together individuals facing similar challenges to share experiences and provide mutual support.

Our priority is to cultivate a safe and supportive environment where participants can openly share, receive assistance, and develop trust among one another. Every member is valued, respected, and encouraged to grow within this nurturing community.

Watercolor Wednesdays

Mads Kohls, LPC

Looking for a creative outlet to unwind, reflect, and connect? Watercolor Wednesdays is a drop-in art therapy group that invites people of all ages to explore emotions and self-expression through the gentle flow of watercolor. Each session begins with a quick intro to basic watercolor techniques, followed by a guided art therapy prompt to support emotional awareness, mindfulness, and creative play in a relaxed and welcoming space. No experience needed—just bring yourself, and we’ll provide the rest.

  • Wednesdays @ 5:00 – 6:30 PM

Needing a break before the break? Wanting to get outside and shake away the Stress of a long school year? Fun in the Sun is a balanced therapy program that helps kids recharge, build focus, and embrace the world around them with curiosity and confidence. This group will focus on emotional connections to self and others through fun and engaging outdoor activities highlighting a child’s unique strengths and expressions.

  • Thursdays @ 5:00 - 6:30 PM, Ages 8 - 14

  • Starting May 1st for approximately 6 weeks

Dungeons & Dragons Group Therapy

This Dungeons & Dragons therapy group provides a unique opportunity to build confidence and self-expression while engaging in immersive storytelling. Through collaborative gameplay, participants develop problem-solving and teamwork skills, enhance emotional awareness and self-regulation, and strengthen peer connections. The group also fosters creativity and improves communication skills, creating a supportive and engaging space for personal growth and social interaction.

  • Tuesdays @ 2:00 - 4:00 PM, Ages 18+

  • Starting February 27th for approximately 6 weeks

Animal-Assisted Group Therapy

This Animal-Assisted Group Therapy provides a supportive environment where participants can build self-esteem and trust through meaningful interactions with therapy animals. Through guided activities, individuals develop patience and compassion, enhance emotional awareness and self-regulation, and strengthen peer connections. The group also focuses on improving communication skills and fostering meaningful relationships, creating a safe and engaging space for personal growth and emotional well-being.

Growing Together: Nature Therapy for Youth & Families

This therapy group is dedicated to supporting families and youth by fostering stronger emotional bonds, improving mental well-being, and building resilience. Through guided nature-based activities, we help families nurture attachment while providing a safe,  supportive space for young people to explore their  emotions, develop coping skills, and build self-confidence.
