About Me: I am a compassionate and skilled therapist dedicated to empowering clients on their journey toward healing and growth. With expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I aim to create a tailored approach to meet each individual’s unique needs. I believe in fostering a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood while exploring the root causes of their challenges. By integrating evidence-based techniques with a strengths-focused perspective, I help clients overcome obstacles, process past traumas, and envision a positive and fulfilling future. My goal is to inspire hope, resilience, and lasting change in the lives of those I work with.
