About Me: I’m a therapist who’s all about helping adults and late teens work through life’s challenges—whether it’s the big traumas, the smaller ones, or the anxiety that sneaks into your day-to-day. I specialize in EMDR, Ego State Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you heal, grow, and feel more like yourself again. I take a comprehensive approach, looking at your mind, body, and soul equally to create a treatment plan that fits you as a whole person. By doing this, I believe true healing can happen—holistically and deeply. I also love breaking down the science behind why we feel the way we do because understanding your body and nervous system (hello, Polyvagal Theory!) is such a powerful step toward feeling in control again. My goal is to create a space where you feel totally accepted and supported, while also gently encouraging you to take steps toward the life you want. Together, we’ll explore tools and strategies that actually work, so you can start building the life you truly deserve.
