Thomas enjoys the process of building relationships with his clients and takes pride in integrating one's special interests into the therapy space. With a social work foundation, Thomas acknowledges the importance of the environment when discussing our mental health and welcomes those who may experience anxious distress relative to the state of our ecological and political climate. In the community, Thomas enjoys interacting with dogs, nature, and those who enjoy a good coffee!
